What kind of Technical Support do you provide?

We will answer, help, fix any problems related to your web hosting account. We will provide support for all the services and features that we offer. We do NOT provide technical support for 3rd party software. We do have a technical partnership with other companies that can assist in all the general IT troubleshooting of issues and web-design.
