I don’t have access to my email, how do I submit a support ticket?

If for some reason you don't have access to your email or your email is down you can submit a Support Ticket by following the steps outlined below.

Please include your domain name and/or account id (username) when contacting support for whatever reason.

Open a Support Ticket through your Client Area

 

  1. Login to your Client Area.
  2. Next click on “Support” from the top menu bar.
  3. Next select “Tickets” from the drop down menu.
  4. You can now view all your support tickets, to open a new support ticket click on the "Open New Ticket" button.

Our support ticket system is designed in such a way that you can keep track of your all your tickets through your Client Area. You can also view our response and reply to any ticket by clicking on the ticket subject under "Tickets" without the need for email access.
